#cudjointtrpg So, continuing with yesterdays explorations, we move on to 7th Sea. Which we have to log as a failure. Most of the character is easily built, although he ends up way more of a flirt under this system.

However, combat really cares about fencing schools, and while as an afterthought, knives are kinda bundled up with firearms, the system doesn’t really care about them. While there may be a supplement that cares more, knife throwing is just a so so option. #7thSea

It’s worse in Pirate Borg. While the Swashbuckler class works well, and Presence being a key stat for ranged attacks tickles me, the sole ranged weapons are gunpowder weapons. While knives are very serviceable under the system, the system really cares about being tripping ugly pirates doing questionable things. Cudjo just isn’t a good fit. #PirateBorg
