Okay folks - I'm asking that you all help keep me on track... the scale this morning said 308 lbs. (140 kg)
I need to get that down...
I'd like to get that down to 286 lbs. (130kb) by July 12.
I work IT, and am mostly sedentary.
My goal is to walk at least 2 miles a day (between treadmill and outside walking)
I'll try to post my results (steps/Distance/excerciese) every morning for the previous day, and weekly weight.
Is there anybody else who wants to join me?
