@alexandra Pretty healthy too. I occasionally make my own. Kikkoman sells a nice Poke sauce which I sometimes buy.

@andycarolan I think half the time it's the sauce that makes it. We had a slightly spicy guacamole with ours. Absolutely delicious.

@alexandra Oh that sounds interesting! Guacamole is yummy!

@andycarolan I went with the brown rice instead of the lettuce base, the guacamole and three sides.
