Currently quite frustrated: I am trying to submit a report on anti-social driving (dangerous to me while cycling) in Crawley to the Operation Crackdown site but it fails every time I try to upload the video evidence. When it fails, I have to remove the upload and that takes minutes before I can try again. I've been at it for half an hour at least so far.
I hope it's not a case of them making it as difficult as possible to submit reports...
@ericsfraga It probably is them making it difficult because everywhere else in the country uses #operationsnap which is UK wide. Sussex has launched their own alternative.
@Rastal I've been using the system in Sussex for quite some time now (at least 10 years). It's always been less than easy to submit but previously video evidence could be a simple link to a video sharing site while now it requires uploading the video directly to their site. Their systems are possibly under-powered/specced to handle videos...
But I've just now managed to submit the report. Of course, nothing will likely come out of this but we have to try. Today was a #@$#-ing MGIF driver...
