𝙳𝚊𝚗@TheBreadmonkey They’re pretty much hand built, no two carriages are alike. It’s a team of skilled workers who make every panel to fit, teams of electricians running cables and terminating them.
So these were sent to me by my Brother in Law who's currently working on them! It's pretty interesting.
@TheBreadmonkey From my time at Washwood Heath, Birmingham. Testing Pendolinos at the end of the production line. So coincidentally the same line where Jubilee tube trains were produced I think.

They were insistent that they had ferrets living at the factory that would run cables down tight spaces.
