Does it count as failing the Bechdel test if three women are talking about a man who attacked them and then they fought him off, stole his car, ran into him, backed over him twice, put his corpse in his car, and drove off to hide him and the car out "on the moors"?

@AdrianRiskin technically yes it does and this is indicative of the flaws of the test

Interesting. The wiki has a whole section on criticism of the test but it mostly seems to be focused on its gameability. They do mention that there can be important women characters and still fail, but they don't have any examples.

In the rest of the scene they got out to the moors, dug his grave, rolled him into it, and then had to hide behind a tree while a rural policeman pulled up, walked cluelessly to the edge of the grave, and never looked down while he urinated on the corpse. They talked about that man too, so it's a double failure.
