I know everyone is excited about the elections in #Hungary. I certainly am🥳
80% of Hungarians turned out to vote to defeat Orban & his fascist Fidesz party
But before my fellow lefties get overly excited, the Tisza party is center right #cancervative, & Magyar was previously an Orban ally in Fidesz. (& the ultra-Richt party came 3rd)
It’s kinda like getting >half of Americans to vote for DeSantis against Dotard Tumor. We couldn’t even get 1/3 of Americans to vote for Harris & Dems
