@TheArtisticPoledancer I never really thought about this trick as it is not even close to my level of skill. Wenn you see it in competitions it looks effortless. In your training you can see how hart it really is. Especially transitioning back up into the shoulder mount. 😄

Hahaha yes, up into shouldermount is way harder. But mostly in my head I think. I just need to convince my brain that it is possible
