Afghanistan 🇦🇫#Investment Opportunity: Over 270 Square Meters of Land #Zabul, Kabul

A bidding session for #investment for a period of 15 years on a plot of land belonging to the #AfghanRedCrescent Society, with an area of 270 square meters, located on the Kabul-Kandahar highway in Zabul province, was held at the Afghan Red Crescent Society’s headquarters.
The session was organized by the Procurement and Logistics Department, and 5 construction companies participated.
The documents of the #participating companies have been evaluated, and after the evaluation, an investment contract for the aforementioned land will be signed with the winning company, in accordance with the prevailing conditions.

جلسه داوطلبی بهمنظور #سرمایهگذاری برای مدت ۱۵ سال بالای یک قطعه زمین #هلال_احمر_افغانی به مساحت ۲۷۰ متر مربع واقع در مسیر شاهراه #کابل_کندهار در مربوطات ولایت زابل، میباشد در دفتر مرکزی هلالاحمر افغانی برگزار شد.
این جلسه از سوی آمریت تهیه و تدارکات تنظیم گردیده بود که در آن ۵ شرکت ساختمانی اشتراک داشتند.
اسناد #شرکتهای اشتراککننده مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته و پس از ارزیابی، مطابق شرایط نافذه، قرارداد سرمایهگذاری زمین یادشده با شرکت برنده به امضا خواهد رسید.
