Over the centuries, we have scattered rather than united.
We have created thousands of different versions of what happiness is, of what goals are, of what the very purpose of our existence should be.

If we could recognize what unites us, if we could build a common ground of values and meaning, then we may finally move together toward a good that belongs not to a few, but to everyone.
