More details about everyone's outfits and pillows in the read more. /End Id]Hello hi I heard from some other source that I've forgotten about that we're totally not having a pillowfight from rah on Friday. EDIT: NO ACTUALLY I guess we're actually fighting?! (I'm turning this into my Pillowfort Pillowfight Anniversary post - sorry but I've already gotten attacked! >:]) My OCs are all ready to fight! From left to right we have Null, Chisa, Father and Mother! Anyways, original post continues below.But that didn't stop me from thinking about my dear OCs! Once the idea started forming it couldn't be stopped and so here we are. It got me thinking about what kind of pillows would they bring to a pillowfight? What would they look like dressed down? What about PJs? What about you/your OCs? Here's the full thoughts for mine! [READ-MORE]I did not plan how their poses would work together, just that they would not be the same. And Father is caught in the middle cause it's fitting. I started with Father, cause of course I did! No hair tie, no jacket, no legwarmers and no shoes. His shirt is untucked from his jeggings. His pillow is based on his jacket colours, but done in hexagon patterns cause it reminds me of hexagon cardigans that are fairly common crochet patterns. He likes to crochet, so it fits! Maybe he made this pillow...? Null was next and I wanted them to have a bit of their old self coming through. I don't think it would show up here but I just rolled with it. No jacket for Null, so we get to see that their shirt and long gloves are two separate pieces. They have slippers and socks on, and are throwing a decorated pillow that's similar to their coat. Mother! At this point I was looking for refs cause I was running out of ideas and I came across this reference and thought - you know what, what if she came in with something large and maybe a little unusual - a couch pillow! It's coloured like her vest. Anyways, Mother's hair is down, no vest, jacket, tie or shoes. I originally planned to try and do this without looking at my character references for my OCs but this is a rare time we get to see Mother's socks so I broke the rule and looked at her sock reference. This is also when I felt like I should make PJs for my OCs since she wears dress clothes normally, but oh well, surely this theme of removing outer layers would be just fine, right? Chisa!! This is where I realzed removing outer layers doesn't work as well here. So she's wearing a tank top for sleeping. PJ bottoms that match her jean colour, and slip-on slippers. She's got two little pillows like this reference which I thought was adorable! Her two pillows are based on her two current parents! The Father pillow is pink like his eyes and has tassels that are his hair colour. The Null pillow's center is pink like their hair tips and has green frills matching their eye colour. The Father pillow looks like a heart and the Null pillow... I dunno. Could be a heart too, I was tired of drawing at that point ^^; As for the final arrangement, Chisa was always going to be playfully swinging at someone. Father made sense after I finished the poses. I don't know who Mother would be dunking on but I guess Father made sense out of my options here. (Chisa was an option and she wouldn't hurt her, so it would be ok!) And Null...honestly any of them I think, but Father is a funny target.Background is extremely whatever but it works well enough I feel![/READ-MORE]
