Daycare operator issues Ingonish arts group with legal threat
The Ingonish Arts and Cultural Society is asking the Nova Scotia government to let it take over the Taigh Curaim Daycare Society's facility due to what it says are unexplained delays in opening nearly four years after funding was announced.
