#PeterDutton has been appointed to the #Queensland Investment Corporation board by the state government.

The corporation is one of Australia’s largest institutional investment managers, with more than $135bn in assets under management.

Treasurer David Janetzki said the appointment “will bring world class expertise to the Queensland Investment Corporation strengthening its ability to driving [sic] investment in our state, helping to grow our economy to benefit all Queenslanders”. #auspol

World-class expertise… an ex-cop, arguably a failed minister (several departments) and definitely a failed leader… jobs for the boys, nothing more to it than that. QLD is surely the political arse-end of Australia. This is not a reflection on all QLD’ers, but you know, the further North you go the more ‘troppo’ they get I reckon.
