@adrian I understand your predicament! The good news is, if you bake too much, I’ve found people LOVE when you give them a loaf of fresh hand-made bread.

@adrian We got a good mixer a few years ago so we could make better bread and then we found out that most bread is not great for my wife. :(

@gwozniak I’m sorry to hear that! one coping strategy I can recommend is giving lots of bread away to friends
