I've been waiting for my payment link, but it never came.
My order was definitely in the first batch.
I've now sent two emails, trying to resolve the issue, but they've both gone unanswered.

I really hope I don't need to resort to contacting the consumer rights authorities in Finland...

@tea @jolla hello, did you get any reply regarding this? I was also on the first batch, sent them emails and posted here, and didn't get any answers.
@xernobyl @jolla nope... we were really early to pre order too and got three phones for our whole family. Really disappointing to just be completely ghosted like this :l
@izumi @tea @jolla yes, i got the email with the code a few days later, after I went digging into their official forums.
@izumi @xernobyl sorry I actually meant to get back to this weeks ago. I finally got my order links on April 28th. None of my emails or support tickets were ever answered but at least it still worked out
@jolla I am eager for real hands-on reviews. Maybe the device will be of interest afterwards.

@jolla does #Jolla have a page explaining the timeline and which batch is which? I made a February 2026 preorder - but no payment email yet. Guess that means I'm in batch 3...
