One of the main ways I stim is chewing on crunchy things. I love crunchy chips so much. But they are expensive and not the healthiest thing to eat constantly. And I struggle to stop eating at a reasonable quantity. No other stim works quite as well to help me focus, though.
I've got some fidget toys (mostly coins, begleri, and prayer beads, and some rope I like to tie knots in), and I doodle a lot. Wish I could find something else that works without constant input from my hands, though.

@cathos Celery is crunchy, basically calorie negative, full of fiber and maybe cheap?
@vincent @cathos plus one for the celery, takes a tiny bit to get used to but feels very good and is also fun to play with. You can even pull out the hard to chew strands!
