Scouter MomWomen are welcome to serve as leaders in Scouts BSA boy troops ⚜️ They can take roles such as scoutmaster or merit badge counselor and attend campouts and outings.
All adult leaders follow the same training and youth protection rules. Many troops benefit from female leaders who support youth, help plan activities, and strengthen the Scouting program 🌲
