The Court of Cassation overturned Hannoun’s arrest and referred the case to the Court of Appeal.
Remain in prison, pending a new verdict, is Mohammad Hannoun, the president of the Palestinians in Italy, an activist and Palestinian architect of 64 years, arrested at the end of December on charges of being at the head of the Hamas cell.
