I exhausted all the hardware driver/firmware development and system engineering gigs in my area, at least all every one that didn't require me to work on weapons or move to Toronto (grumble grumble AMD & Qualcomm). 🤢

I ended up settling for something that feels pretty beneath me (legacy web infra that needs modernization), but I needed the money. To their credit they pay well and are queer friendly. 🥲

I sincerely hope you find something, but also don't be afraid to look at gigs you could "tolerate". Being too picky left me jobless for well over a year. 😖
