Not the most appetizing shot, but I want y'all to know that coconut rice pudding with mango, lime syrup and crushed pink peppercorns is very yummy.

(Context: we had our Easter potluck lunch at work today and I brought rice pudding with various toppings. Other toppings were lemon curd, passion fruit, banana, and powdered sugar. Had intended to also bring the caramelised bananas that I had made, but forgot.)

@ghosttie No, not really. They're slightly sweet and have a spicy flavour, but no "heat". I believe that they're not technically related to any actual pepper. They just look similar to actual pepper corns.
