@UrbanismNow This is huge. With the tech boom in Seattle there are so many empty buildings. And the housing is so expensive. Beyond the average home being well over a million dollars, rental prices average in the mid $2000s to over $3000. While I don't live there anymore, their new mayor is doing good things for the people, similar to Mamdani. I'm getting more optimistic.
