Applied for a job months ago. Never heard a word from the company, not even a rejection email. All normal so far.

Today I received an email from them saying they liked my application. They liked it so much they are "offering me the opportunity to contribute to our new open source project".

In other words you are good enough to work for us but not good enough to get paid. Fuck them.
