@tante People on a recent conference on system safety presented their work on creating assurance cases for safety-critical systems using AI. The research paper shows multi-page prompts with section titles and various pleas to the AI. Absolutely ridiculous. The upshot of this (and one other) talk was "We tried it. it doesn't work. We love it."🤦‍♂️

@tante it's not witchcraft; it's not ethical and has no concept of karma. Dark magic, maybe - much like coding X in the 80's - only certain incantations work, only some of the time... the rest is chaos...
