Trump started Tuesday by threatening that the Iranian civilization would be finished, but just like with Putin, Trump is now giving Iran another "two weeks".

Obviously a good outcome for the innocent civilian Iranians, but unfortunately also a good outcome for the regime.

This is what happens when criminals fight criminals. Or does anyone here want to claim that any of the parties involved had good intentions for the people on the ground and in their home countries?

Even with modern technology and all the knowledge of how to instigate revolutions in authoritarian countries. The superpower of the world, the USA, under the Trump administration, only made the situation worse for everyone in the world.

Except for Putin's Russia.

Humanity must finally ask itself whether it wants to continue being oppressed and ruled by egomaniacal despots and supposedly divinely appointed warriors, and whether it wants to strengthen the radical fringes in every country.

Or whether it wants to find its center in democracy and unity, in order to tackle the great challenges of this future world.

It's time to use your voice, and a good start would be, for example, the parliamentary elections on April 12, 2026, in Hungary.

@SamsenBdRi @randahl Yes but each individual can assist also - for example:
The sponsors of ..ump in the USA:
Microsoft - stop using Microsoft go open source
Musk - stop using X and drive Tesla's
Google - stop using Google search and use DuckDuckGo etc
Email - Use Proton
Apple - use FairPhone or other EU made phones
Facebook - Meta Use Mastodon - and Signal etc etc etc we give them the money to support socio - and psychopaths....

@Pettet8 @randahl
How has it that for millennia, people have believed that those who create extraordinary things are also good people?

This stems primarily from a deep-seated desire for a just and orderly world. We instinctively want beauty (art, talent) and truth (morality) to flow from the same source.

"Tech bros" (like Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, or, in the past, Steve Jobs) are not technological saviors.

They are not Leonardo da Vincis or Einsteins.
