@danish_akhtar7 I used to shorten my texts in a similar way when SMS was paid and I'd try to squeeze as much as possible into 140 chars.

Still remember the 0.10 INR per SMS on BSNL.

I don't remember doing this ever since I started using instant messaging though.

And I agree that there is no reason these days for this way of typing.

Yes, I remember the old SMS days of keypad phones. I also used to have a BSNL SIM card.
