It's a truly evil thing for someone to be profiteering off the back of threatened nuclear fallout (from bombing a nuclear power plant).
Perhaps the hacker of @keefeglise's account can explain the price dip + volume spike, about an hour before the Trump announcement, in WTI futures on the FT's chart.
