Nunavik to get its 1st men’s shelter, in Kuujjuaq
A new men's shelter in Kuujjuaq, Que., has six units, with half of them big enough to accommodate a family. Plans are also underway in Puvirnituq, Que., for a shelter and transitional housing for women and children fleeing violence.
