None of those seem to apply to what has actually taken place,though the word obliteration might soon be applicable in the case of American consumers and taxpayers.

We are still in deep deep trouble. Normally Houss and Senate Armed Services Committess would be notified and briefed by CIA, NSA and others regarding
"civilization ending" operations in theater. This in turn would require response and verification by JCS and local alerts to domestic #NatSec and enforcement agencies to heighten status alerts and surveillance...
