The leader of #Hungary’s opposition party #Tisza, #Péter_Magyár, saw a positive signal in #US Vice President #JD_Vance’s speech in #Budapest.
He focused on #Vance’s remark that “no matter who becomes #Hungary’s next prime minister, the #US will work with them.”
“In other words, the #US is also ‘letting go’ of #Orbán. The #Tisza government will view the #US as a key partner— both as a #NATO ally and as an economic partner. We will be glad to welcome the president and vice president to #Budapest for the #70th anniversary of the 1956 Revolution,” #Magyár commented.
