langsomThis is awesome! What kind of flour did you use? My old sourdough starter died after a long time of brutal neglect. I’m planning to start a new one. Someday soon :)
I used a basic gluten free flour mix with rice, potato, tapioca, corn and buckwheat. It went so much easier than I expected! And now to keep it alive, indeed! :)
