A little reminder to US military personnel who may be ordered to take part in war crimes:

Not only are you allowed to refuse to follow illegal orders, it is your solemn duty to refuse them.

If you end up at The Hague, you will find that there is well established legal precedent that "I was only obeying orders" is not a valid defence.

This applies to all of you, from new recruits to 4 star generals.
