I'd decline the offer. Because a wormhole from my basement to some unrelocatable place on Earth is a dangerous unlocked back-door into my home via my basement.
It's a common #SciFi short story plot that the clever inventor/entrepreneur is caught short when xe does not realize that the magic remote viewing machine, or the space-time tunnel machine, works both ways.
