@cryptadamist I suspect the use of "uncomfortable" in that quote really needs a [citation needed] because everything in the Trump family's history argues they're 100% fine with this and not only does it not bother them but they seek it out as they know it's where the big scores can be had.

@wordshaper lol agree with all that, though i don't think that's how the journalists intended the word to be interpreted... i think they (and their editors) wanted to get as close to the line of "the trump's are in business with the mafia" as they could without triggering the UK's famously trigger happy libel laws

@wordshaper fwiw i've been saying ever since the fam partnered with #JustinSun that they are obviously in business with the chinese mafia and the #pigbutchering scam centers, because laundering money for those operations is justin sun's primary line of business.

@cryptadamist Yep. They started out with the New York mafia decades ago, switched to the Russian mob when that petered out, and now it's no surprise they're in bed with the chinese mafia.

The whole goddamn family is a cautionary tale about what happens when you don't prosecute financial crimes properly.
