I think this person is a resistance fighter in an oppressive dystopian future, I get that from the nasty looking architecture, that doesn't look like the work of a peace- and freedom-loving mindset. I feel like this same architectural principle would work for torture chambers and robot war machines 🤔 Vive la résistance!
