Handcarved ladle or long spoon made of dry plum wood freshly treated with linseed oil resting on a knotty large larch board.
Roughly shaped with the Kalthoff Small Carver, finely carved with Morakniv knifes. (106, 120 and hook 162)

Thanks for the compliment, Emil. The ladle is simple kept and natural. I spent a long time carving it and kept making small adjustments here and there, over and over again.
Probably more than ten thousand carving strokes. :) That’s not exactly what you’d call fast and efficient.
