@ai6yr Meanwhile, Microsoft Customer support rep on loan to NASA says, "I don't think it is our problem, Outlook works fine for me."

@ai6yr Darn it, if only there were well established, long tested, standardized, hardened and reliable alternatives. But there are only a few thousand of them, so I guess they're stuck with that instead.

Seriously, it just blows my mind that freaking NASA — the ones that used to not even trust computers so double checked all the math by hand — are now relying on frigging Microsoft Outlook.
