So @rtw is a legend and sent me these MINTY Conan books- these are straight from the 1960s. I never see Conan books at thrift, and these are officially the first real, original Conan books I own - I only had a newer compilation, and I'm a massive Robert E. Howard fan. Thank you SO much, dude!! 🔥

I have the complete collection that's bound into one thick volume. It was on sale for a decent price when I came across it but of course it's missing all of the beautiful covers that these books have.

It also makes it kind of a pain to read because it's so thick.

I think the individual volumes like this are definitely the way to go.

@Judeau @rtw haha thanks!! Yeah, these are INCREDIBLE. I do have that big volume too, it's pretty cool. But it's nothing compared to the real thing! I also like to see how it originally came out, how each one stands alone, etc.

@Wintergr33n @rtw ha! Yeah, it totally is by now. They're still making some REALLY amazing Conan comics now via Titan (https://titan-comics.com/c/1929-conan-the-barbarian), Jim Zub is doing them and the MASTERFUL Rob De La Torre does a lot of the art. I sometimes post some of the covers here. They're not as amazing as the original REH stories in these books. But they're pretty cool, for new stuff.
