Together with the collaborator, his classmate from the #Tashkent Higher Military Command School, former #MES employee from the #Moscow region, Colonel #Eduard_Malov, was also killed.

Both served in the #Bars_33 unit and were eliminated on the same day - March 17, 2026.

ℹ️ #Vladimir_Lyapkin was dismissed from the #SBU in February 2014 and lived in occupied #Crimea. After the start of the full-scale war, he was appointed by the occupiers as the deputy head of the "State Security Service of the #Kherson_Region".

In March 2025, the #SBU informed #Lyapkin of suspicion in collaborative activities and repressions against the civilian population.
