@Wen They're doing their sums wrong. Those figures are arseways. It's 10 fold increase alright, rising each year but from €5/ha a couple of years ago to €50/ha in 2029. Not €520/ha to €5,200/ha.

€5/ha is peppercorn. Even €50/ha is a fraction of the market rate for hill land.
