Went to the magical forest yesterday and made 2 jars of ramps pesto for easter lunch and for my mom.

Went to the magical forest yesterday and made 2 jars of ramps pesto for easter lunch and for my mom.
Today we got going on the rest of the harvest

Today we started work on rinsing and prepping the remaining ramps (we picked 2 grocery bags).
I've made an additional double portion of ramps pesto, and @kamstrup made Korean soy marinated ramps and a ramps kimchi.
Amazingly that only accounts for a bit more than one grocery bag. I'm blanching and freezing the rest. To be used in pies and soups later
