@netblocks Maybe they are just running a national internet? A nan... If they have their own IX that seems quite doable.

... and maybe actually a good idea. After all who needs the US on their internet?

@fubaroque @netblocks if you’re being attacked by the US it makes a ton of sense to shrink your IP surface area down to a minimum, protect your squishy and vulnerable civilian service providers, and hopefully block off Western intelligence C&C channels like Tor.
