I am Fatima, a 21-year-old woman.I got engaged just one month before the war started. My dreams were simple: a warm home, a small family, and a smile that never fades.But the war came suddenly and shattered even the simplest of hopes.In its early days, I was separated from my fiancé. I remained in northern Gaza, while he was displaced to the south.We tried to stay in touch, but the infrastructure was completely destroyed—no electricity, no internet, and sometimes no phone signal at all.Months went by with little to no contact, just waiting for news, waiting for a miracle.Eventually, communication slowly began to return. We talked whenever we could. He asked me to come to the south, because he was forbidden from returning to the north.I kept refusing—not because I didn’t love him, but because I couldn’t leave my family behind in such horror.He kept pleading, and I kept clinging to hope… hoping the war would end, that we could start our life together here in the north.But the war didn’t end. My heart was torn between love and fear.After months of struggle, I finally agreed to leave.I packed what I could—clothes fit for a bride, cleaning supplies, a few accessories—knowing these things were unavailable where I was going.I said goodbye to my mother, my siblings, my neighborhood—everything I’d ever known.I traveled south, reunited with my fiancé, and we got married… far from those I love, holding onto hope that this would be the beginning of a new life.But the joy didn’t last long.Soon after, during a temporary ceasefire, we decided to return to the north.But peace was only an illusion.War returned quickly, and our area was once again under attack.We had to flee again—this time not to the north or the south, but to the west of Gaza.We carried our newborn baby, shattered memories, and a dream that refused to die.Today, I live with my husband and infant son in a tattered tent that offers no protection from the cold of winter or the heat of summer.My baby knows nothing of life but the sound of drones, trembling ground, and the cries of hunger.He cries often—sometimes from cold, sometimes from hunger, sometimes from fear—and I can do nothing.We are in desperate need of everything:- Baby formula, diapers, blankets, clean water, food—just enough to survive.- There are no hospitals nearby, no healthcare, and if one of us gets sick, all we have is prayer.- We need urgent aid to maintain the bare minimum of dignity as a family and as human beings.I’m not asking for the impossible—just enough to keep my baby alive, just enough to keep going for his sake.Your donation, no matter how small, is the only hope we have.For my child, for the children of Gaza, for our humanity—please, don’t hesitate.Help us live.Help us fight death with life.

Help my family in Northern Gaza after a tragic loss

I am Rawan from northern Gaza, a 21-year-old Palestinian engineer. I launched this campaign as a last hope to escape this dark reality that we have been living in for more than a year. I excelled and achieved distinction with honors at all stages of my studies. I haven't completed my studies yet because my university was destroyed because of that genocide. We had a fulfilling family life before October 7th, but our lives have changed since that day. We saw nothing but destruction, losses, displacement, hunger and violent explosions. We have been displaced more than 30 times. Can you imagine being homeless, without anything? We slept in the streets of universities and schools in the bitter cold, without blankets and without food. We ate fodder and grass for more than 5 months in northern Gaza, and we are still living through those harsh days to escape death and emerge safely. We were besieged for weeks by the army's torture. They were directly targeting us with shells, bullets, and internationally banned phosphorus bombs. We are tired of all the attempts to survive. I was on the verge of death and collapse for more than a year. I fell into a state of shock and depression for months as a result of the psychological torture that I saw every second: human body parts, dismembered bodies, and corpses before my eyes. The whole carcasses were placed in a small carton or kilo bag. No one knew who they were. I would be one of them every time. My family and I, to this day, 410 years after that genocide, do not know the meaning of sleep. Even painkillers and medications no longer help me. I lost everything beautiful in my life. Everything became just a memory photo on my phone. You can make a difference for my family of 10 members: my parents, my mother, who recently suffered from chronic stress and lost half her weight due to immunodeficiency, my elderly grandmother, who suffers from chronic diseases, my aunt, my brothers, and my little sister, Soso, who is only 4 years old, and suffers from... Malnutrition and shock when seeing body parts, as a result of constant hunger. We have to bear her crying every morning until she gets her most basic rights as a child, which is to make a living dipped in blood in northern Gaza. Working alone to save and evacuate 10 innocent lives exhausted by death in northern Gaza is exhausting and tiring, in addition to being infected all summer with these bacterial diseases due to expired canned food and pollution, which burn me with pain, spread in my face, eat meat until it reaches the bone, and even antibiotics did not help, so I thought a lot about Creating this campaign to evacuate, continuing my education, pursuing my dreams, and saving my family from that dark, never-ending nightmare I am. I trust in your humanity. You are my family. Do not leave me alone.
