Fedi folks of #Baltimore I want your thoughts and opinions!
One of my peeps is traveling to Baltimore for work and loves to explore cities.

- What are some of _your_ favorite parts of the city? This doesn't have to be anything with more general appeal, but something you like personally.
- What are some quirks of local culture that you love about the area?
- What are some things you wish were improved about the city?

Then a couple of more advisory questions:

- What are some places you'd recommend for a femme presenting queer person to visit or check out?
- What are some things they should be aware of while exploring that are specific to Baltimore?

Bloom's. Swanky cocktail bar at the Ulysses Hotel in Mount Vernon.

@h3mmy Fells Point, the inner harbor, Cross Street Market in Federal Hill, Little Italy.

Specific places: The aquarium, the zoo, Amicci's (Italian food), Abbey Burger (the best burgers I've ever had), Samos (Greek takeout food), the Maryland Science Center.

Also Slainte upstairs if your friend wants to hit up an Irish pub.

If your friend likes baseball and the timing works out, maybe worth going to a game at Camden Yards. It's considered one of the best baseball stadiums in the country

George Peabody Library and The Walter’s Art Museum are some cool cultural spaces

@h3mmy One of my favorite features of the city is Graffiti alley. It is on North Howard Street just less than a block north of North Avenue, on the east side of the road.

It's the only place in the city that people can legally graffiti. It's usually beautiful if you're into that sort of thing.

May post more if I think of something else.

@h3mmy
