Riverside County making adjustments to their evacuation zones for the Springs Fire this morning. Will see what they clear and open, they are "splitting" zones into A/B, which typically means they are going to downgrade evacuations in some areas where they feel things are safe, while continuing evacuations in areas near the front of the fire edge. #SpringsFire

Both of these zones are still Evacuation Orders, but you'll see they built a new zone for the homes ("A") and a zone where the fire is ("B"). This means they are thinking about (but have not yet approved/issued) letting people back into their homes, probably later today. They are manually changing their zone boundaries now. I suspect they'll announce things either at the morning briefing or afternoon briefing, depending on how concerned they are about wind and weather this afternoon. #SpringsFire #RivCo #CAwx #wildfires
