@petko That problem also persists for physical media:

Even if one were to legally buy the DVD or blu-ray of CyberSix, one would still have the problem that it won't play outside the region it was released in.

- So >85% of all people cannot legally play the blu-ray version of CyberSix.

- OFC that problem doesn't apply to those that ~obtained~ it elsewhere...

Blu-ray - Wikipedia

@asm @petko or know how to use MakeMKV (and still have an optical drive)

@tankgrrl @petko except three issues:

1. One would still have to obtain an out-of-print disc and get it imported.
2. That still doesn't fix the fact that it's not legal even if one owns the disc (at least in any juristiction that cares)
3. If one has to pirate anyway, one may just torrent it anyway.

Granted, I don't shed a tear for companies that don't even want to sell me a legal copy.

It's just bad cuz I'd rather pay for a legit copy.

@asm @petko I was somewhat aware of Cybersix from a youtube video about the show a while back, but haven't watched it. But now I'm actually watching it and this is great. Ordered a 'complete series' blu-ray.
The trans antifascist superheroine you've never heard of.
