The leather of the saddle is nice and shiny - this bike is not just standing around. Also the chain tension is near to perfect. Tyres look fairly new, and so do the rims. And I love the shape of the rear fender, nice and straight, no dents.
Looks like this bike got a lot of love. So it does not get stolen from the street.

@ascentale @bikenite #BikeNite A8: my find for the week is this nearly new 185mm diameter carbide sawblade. None of the teeth are chipped! Looks as though someone just put it carefully in the gutter for me to find.
In the middle of Rookwood Necropolis which is a nice place to go for a bike ride as well as being full of dead people.
I was preparing a bike given me by someone who knew my cycling history, and they polished a turd knowing I would likely part it.

A8. I’ve been taking pictures of cars and trucks and stuff in bike lanes; meaning to upload them to the app bike lane uprising
6 mile ride today, and saw the first groundhogs of the year. Didn't get any photos, but here was a similar one last year:
Phlegmatic type groundhog.
