Baron Von JFinally took some time to play with #Guitarix and #QJackCtrl to figure out playing through my desktop. Took quite a few browser tabs and pseudo random UI clicks to figure out the connections and then a few more to get the latency down, but unlike in Windows I was finally able to have Youtube and my guitar playing together. Yay noodling!
Scott the F is implicit Baxter@baronvonj I installed Audacity with snap install and couldn't get it to play through my interface, because before that I couldn't get it to load audio from MP4 files despite having libavformat.so... had to remove the snap version and install from the package manager...
and it works! And loads MP4s!
