Great great show last night. Ryan Davis can write a lyric and the band seems to be getting better as they move into bigger rooms. Not sure, but maybe enjoyed the opening set from Rosali even more. Fourth or fifth time seeing her and when she's got her full band going, it's a force. Excellent bill at Music Hall.
Dave Goldstein@Neddyo the only thing I could hear for the first 18 minutes of Rosali’s set was the kick drum. The sound gradually improved but the guitar and her mic were still far too low relative to the rhythm section. You kinda don’t realize the professionalism of the sound mix guys at Bowery and Brooklyn Steel until they aren’t there. Ryan Davis didn’t have any such issues at least.
