@KatyElphinstone @MrBerard This would have me incoherent with rage. It also shows that school management and teachers are either not educated enough or not willing to educate parents.

That said, I 100% agree that teachers don't have enough time and/or attention for the non-disruptive kids. Because they are typically massively overworked and often victims themselves of a system that actively produces and protects bullies through its rigid hierarchy.

Just a small note re ‘Wrong Planet’. The website you refer to is controversial as it has taken its name from an older coinage by Jypsy and apparently without attribution.
