@Black_Flag Deirdre Cartwright! The most un-rock name anyone could have.
@emsquared The synth guy was called Alastair, the bass player was called Henry and the drummer was called Geoff. These weren;t rock names.
As to fashion crimes, when I did my first stage performance of my own songs in 1985 aged 16 I went onstage dressed like Midge Ure in the video for "If I Was". No photos again though!

@emsquared It was in a dark basement, the kind with neon lights where people dressed in white trousers and flourescent socks and marvelled at what the light did to them. Again, it was the 80s.
